1. What this policy covers

This draft covers the public QuickPe website and enquiries sent to our support email. It does not describe all data processing in a merchant account, a live checkout or a payment integration. Those services need a separate, complete notice before personal information is collected.

2. Information involved

• Browsing: your browser sends connection information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to the hosting service so it can deliver the website. Operational or security logs may depend on the hosting configuration.
• Support enquiries: if you email us, you provide your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to include. Share only what is needed for your question.
• Interactive examples: the payment animation and industry selector run in your browser. They do not submit a payment, collect banking credentials or send a real payment request.

3. Why information is used

Information provided in a support enquiry is used to understand the request, respond and resolve the issue. Technical connection information enables the site to load and may help the hosting service operate and protect it.

Please do not email UPI PINs, passwords, one-time passwords or full banking credentials.

4. Cookies and other providers

The current public website does not include advertising trackers or custom analytics, and its interactive examples do not store your selections in cookies or browser storage.

The hosting service and email provider necessarily handle information used to deliver the website and support messages. A merchant dashboard, linked checkout or third-party service may have different practices. Review the notice provided by that service before supplying information.

5. Retention and privacy requests

The final policy must specify the applicable retention periods and service providers. This draft does not promise an unverified deletion schedule.

Include enough context to identify your enquiry without sending sensitive payment credentials. Any identity checks should be limited to what is necessary to handle the request.
